At Dalia Elmassry Platform, we believe that investing in parenting and education is the most valuable investment. Since our services consist of digital content and personalized consultations tailored to your needs, we have established the following policy to ensure transparency and clarity:

1. Content Preview (Informed Decision)

Before subscribing to any course, we provide a detailed "Course Outline" or introductory video. We encourage you to review these carefully to ensure the content meets your expectations before completing the payment.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are accepted under the following technical or organizational circumstances:

Permanent Technical Failure: If a persistent issue on our platform prevents you from accessing the digital content, and our technical support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours.

Duplicate Payment: If the course fee was charged twice for the same account by mistake.

Consultation Cancellation: If a scheduled consultation is canceled by the platform due to unforeseen circumstances and no alternative date is agreed upon.

3. Reporting Window

For Recorded Courses: Any technical issues must be reported immediately upon occurrence.

For Consultations: Any request to reschedule or cancel must be made at least [24 hours] prior to the appointment.

Note: The platform is not responsible for the client’s failure to watch the course after purchase or for the loss of login credentials due to negligence.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or E-wallet) within 7-14 business days, deducting any administrative or banking transaction fees incurred by the payment gateways.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Due to the nature of digital products that are instantly accessible:

Content Accessed: No refund is available once a student has started viewing the course lessons or downloaded the attached materials.

Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for a simple change of mind after access to the intellectual property has been granted.

Completed Consultations: Fees for sessions that have already taken place or sessions where the client failed to show up without prior notice are non-refundable.
