Preparing educational content and reserving consultation slots requires significant organization. Please note the following:

1. Cancellation "Before" Service Activation:

Pre-ordered Courses: Customers may cancel their subscription to "pre-order" courses up to 48 hours before the official launch for a full refund.

Consultations: You may reschedule a session for free once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellation "After" Service Activation:

Not Available: Once you receive the access link or the course is activated on your dashboard, cancellation is not possible as you have gained access to the intellectual property.

Consultations: If you miss a confirmed session (No-show) without 24-hour prior notice, the session will be considered "delivered," and no refund or replacement session will be granted.
